What is the price of a toilet seat?
The basic price of a toilet seat is £169.00. This price includes all fittings required to fix the seat to your toilet pan, VAT and delivery to a UK address.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept credit card payments via paypal. Simply select 'Paypal' on the ORDER FORM, and you can make payment with your Credit/Debit card. A Paypal account is NOT needed.
Can I pay by Cheque/Bank Transfer?
Sure. Simply complete the ORDER FORM, and we will email you payment details
I am unsure what make/model of toilet pan I have.
If you are unsure of the make/model of your current toilet pan, we may still be able to make a new toilet seat for you. Please follow the instructions on the Create Toilet Seat Template web page.
What finish do the toilet seats receive?
After staining the toilet seats in the required colour (natural finish do not get stained), the toilet seats are finished with three coats of semi gloss (20% sheen) acrylic '2 pack' lacquer.
How long does delivery take?
Your new toilet seat is usually dispatched within 10 working days from the date we receive your payment. We will supply you with a tracking number once the seat has been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
As this item is made to measure, we can only accept returns due to a manufacture fault on the toilet seat or cover.
